We briefly discuss your current state and what you’re hoping to achieve. Then we work gently through your body’s energy centers (chakras) with guided prompts. I combine Reiki an Shamanic Journeying throughout the session to leave you feeling lighter and with deeper clarity.

Breathwork
An intuition led playlist is curated for you prior to the session to ensure appropriate music medicine. Lying down we begin a 3 part or sometimes 2 part breathing pattern and we work with the energies that come up as our breath reveals what our body wants to heal or release.
